My name is Lindsay. I live in Portland, Oregon. I have a husband (Nich), daughter (Margot), cat (Penelope), and a bunny (Lil Omar).
I often describe my style of cooking as “Slow food for fast life”. I am a freelance marketing consultant, event planner, writer, and stylist. In addition to my freelance work, I serve on the board of a local farmer’s market and host the PDX Food Swap. That being said, I am always on the go! While I’m passionate about sustainable living and eating whole and healthy foods, it’s hard to actually cook wholesome meals in the midst of a hectic schedule. Thus, my cooking reflects the struggles of a working professional and a mom who is trying to find balance. I strive to make food that is simple and attainable, and at the same time is beautiful, celebratory, and seasonally inspired.
